We provide cesspool and septic services, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspection, excavation, demolition, drainage, grading and related site work for residential and commercial properties on Long Island. The exact scope of any job is set out in the estimate or work order we give you before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Estimates are free and are based on the conditions visible at the time we look at the property. Underground conditions can differ from what is visible, and if we uncover something that materially changes the work, we will stop and talk to you before continuing. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. Payment is due on completion unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
We are fully licensed and insured, and we carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, for damage caused by undisclosed or unmarked private utilities, sprinkler lines or structures, or for consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it was last changed.
